Hello Pet Lovers! My Name is Beth Cooper, Owner of Woof 4 Walkies!

I have been animal mad for as long as I can remember. My love for dogs began from a very young age and when I first watched the film Marley and Me, I knew I need a dog in my life. As you can imagine I begged my parents for years, but they refused every time. At the age of 10, we got two Guinea Pigs called Marvel and Gizmo. They were gorgeous pets and I absolutely loved having the responsibility of caring for them by myself. I would spend hours playing with them and changing around their hutch, so they had the best life.

After learning more about animals and pestering my parents even more, when I was 12, I managed to persuade them to adopt two kittens, I named them Tilly and Rolo. Bringing up four pets was the best feeling, and I spent all my spare time with them. I knew I would always have to own at least one pet in my life!

A few years passed and I was still determined to own a dog. After making endless PowerPoint's and presentations to convince my parents, in 2020 they finally agreed. One evening we were all sat in the lounge, we had just finished dinner and they sent me a picture of a Labrador puppy with a message underneath saying, “Meet Cooper”. My dream had finally come true! As you can imagine, I couldn’t believe it, for days I cried many happy tears. We brought Cooper home in September 2020 and I felt complete. Cooper and I soon became the best of friends and we have been on so many adventures together.

In August 2021 I started working at a kennels and cattery. It was the best job ever! I soon realised that I was destined to work with animals. I worked here for about a year, and I learned so much. I worked with so many different breeds, from the tiniest Chihuahuas to massive Great Danes. The most interesting part was learning about each breed, their temperament, behaviours etc. I made so many amazing bonds with the dogs and cats there and I will remember them forever!

After months of crazy thoughts, planning and researching I decided to set up my own business... Woof 4 Walkies! Cooper is the main inspiration for me starting my own business and being able to care for all your pets is a dream come true! Woof 4 Walkies began in September 2022. After working at a kennels for a year I decided I wanted to combine my love for animals with my love for the great outdoors and start my new venture. The best thing about my job is meeting all your pets and seeing their unique character and ensuring that I can do my best by them. I offer an unrivalled range of doggy services, so whether you choose me for regular dog walking, house visits, or pet sitting, I can assure you that your cuddly family member will be in loving and responsible hands.
